Okay there are 2 options to getting 99 prayer.
The fastest way would be to kill 150 blue dragons at taverly dungeon for their dragon bones, 30-50 minutes
Or you can goto falador buy 1500 big bones and bury them 1-2 hours
99 prayer is really easy aslong as you use ur bones on the prayer alter at home for 2X the experience
